Chief Executive OfficerTobie ran the Middle East and South East Asia businesses for Ninety One for a decade and was the Head of Investec Asset Management’s South African Institutional Business. His formidable work experience also includes stints at Alexander Forbes and African Harvest Fund Managers.
Anton Eser
Chief Investment OfficerWith over 20 years’ experience in asset management, Anton was the CIO of Legal & General Investment Management, based in London. During his tenure at LGIM, he transformed the firm into a $1.3 trillion global asset manager.
Caroline Naylor-Renn
Chief Operating OfficerCaroline has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining 10X, Caroline led global teams in several leading financial institutions, including INN8, HSBC Bank, Skandia and Old Mutual, working on both customer and adviser-led propositions.
Estiaan le Roux
Chief Technology OfficerEstiaan formed part of the founding team at SnapScan, a leading South African mobile payment provider. He held the roles of Front-end Developer and also Head of Development. Estiaan proceeded to co-found Sproutly, a software development company with a core focus on data engineering. He held the role of Chief Executive Officer at the organisation.
Jade Longano
Financial DirectorJade has honed her financial acumen over more than 10 years’ of experience in accounting, asset management, banking and Fintech. Beyond the numbers, Jade is a strategic partner in the business with strong business development, negotiation and commercial strategy skills. Jade joined 10X from JUMO, where she was Group Head of Partnerships and Commercial Strategy.
Rupert Sully
Head: Direct to Consumer ChannelRupert formed part of the founding team of SnapScan, a Fintech payment solutions provider. He was instrumental in developing the business to become a market leader in the South African mobile payments space. He has also held various positions in tech-led companies including Sproutly, a software development company.
Michelle Noth
Head: Financial Intermediaries ChannelMichelle heads up the Financial Intermediaries Channel, providing best-in-class investment solutions to IFAs, DFMs, Multi Managers and Wealth Managers among others. She joined 10X as part of the CoreShares team, when 10X acquired the business in 2022. Prior to her time at CoreShares, she specialised in ETFs and passive investment solutions in London for over a decade, working at various companies such as Blackrock iShares and BNP Paribas.
