What forms do I need to fill in to claim my pension fund?

Question:

How many months must I wait for my pension fund to pay out and what forms do I need to fill in?

Answer:

Sadah,

You need to fill in an instruction form, which tells the administrator what to do with the money (ie transfer to another fund or pay out as cash). You must usually also provide proof of your banking details and a copy of your ID. It typically takes between one and three months to effect the payout.
